Top of our list is the stunning infinity pool at the luxury boutique Joule Hotel in downtown Dallas. The 12 metre heated salt water pool cantilevers out from the tenth floor, extending almost three metres off the edge of the building, with a glass window at the end for those who aren’t scared of heights.
